Shown on O.S. sheet as Ivyhouse Cottage.
House. Early/mid C17. Rendered timber framing and colourwashed coursed rubble;
thatch roof with brick stacks. 4-unit plan. 2 storeys. 3-window front has 3
entrances, each with a triangular canopy on shaped brackets, and casements of 2
and 3 lights; first floor has a gabled half-dormer oriel, to left, with canted
sides, an oak pediment, and a shaped supporting bracket. Roof is half-hipped to
left and has ridge stacks to left of centre and to centre, plus a gable stack to
right. Right gable wall is rubble. Rear has scattered fenestration plus one pair
of panelled shutters. Interior not inspected but likely to be of interest.
