Shown on O.S, sheet as Plum Tree Cottage.
House. C17, extended C18 and C20. Clunch rubble and timber framing with brick
infill; old plain-tile roof with brick gable stacks. 3-unit plan. One storey
plus attics. 3-window front has door, to left of centre, three C20 casements and
3 gabled half dormers. Upper part of left and centre bays is timber framed.
Right gable wall and double-gabled rear extension are of C20 brick. Interior:
chamfered and stopped beams. Included for group value.
