House. H/T E/ 1796 on datestone. Squared and coursed limestone rubble with
ashlar dressings; old plain-tile roof and brick gable-stacks. 2-unit plan
with rear outshut. 2 storeys. Ribbed door to right of centre flanked by
3-light casements under flat stone arches; two 3-light casements to first
floor with central datestone. Interior not inspected. Shown as Ivy Cottage
on O.S. sheet.
