Part of Regent's Park College. RCHM 176. C16-C17 front with C18 bays. 2-storeyed
plastered stone with 2 timber-framed gabled dormers in a stone slate roof.
On each side of the central doorway is a 2-storeyed 3-sided bay with a modern
front between ground floor and C18 sash windows in the 1st floor. In the
South gable is a C18 sash window and in the North a modern sash window. The
passage way on the North side has a segmental-headed stone doorway with a
square head over it and a label. The back has been rebuilt in red brick.
Interior: The 1st floor front has been modernized but in the North room
a ceiling beam remains and in the South room is a similar but encased beam
and a Cl9 grate. In the ground floor is a C17 stone fireplace. The front
of this house is one of the few of its date now left in Oxford and in a more
or less original state.

Nos 3l to 46 (consec) and Nos 49 to 56 (consec) form a group.
