House, now shop and dwelling. Late C19. Stucco fronted, slate roof, rendered
brick end stack to left. 3 storeys; 2-window range. C20 shop front. First floor
has 2 shortened sashes with cornices on consoles. 2 sashes with cornices on
consoles to second floor. Dentilled moulded eaves cornice. Rusticated quoins.
Parapet. Interior not inspected. Included for group value.
