Former kitchen wing, now swimming pool and service rooms. C.1872
by W. Burn for G. F. Foljambe. Stucco with hipped slate roof;
ashlar dressings, stepped plinth, first floor band and eaves,
deep moulded cornice and parapet, 2 storeys, 3 bays. East end
has 2 C20 glazing bar sashes and above, 2 plain sashes. To left,
C20 flat roofed extension, rendered, with ashlar coping, and 3
round headed French windows. South-east side has C20 glazed
arcade with 3 French windows. Above, central 2 stage octagonal
timber cupola, with moulded cornice, leaded dome with lucarnes
and obelisk finial. Included for group value only.
