Farmhouse. Late C18 with later C19 and 1871 extensions. Render
over red brick, ashlar dressings and ashlar 1871 wing. Slate
roof with single stacks to left and rear right. Right 6 bays
with ashlar dentil eaves. Ashlar coped gables with kneelers.
Rendered plinth to right 6 bays, ashlar plinth to left single
bay. First floor band to right 5 bays. 2 storeys plus garret, 7
bays. The second bay from the left being C19 and the left single
ashlar bay 1871, gabled and projecting. Doorway with part glazed
and panelled door and decorative overlight. Either side are 2
glazing bar sashes and further left in the C19 bay an open ashlar
porch with single round archways to front and side. Inner part
glazed door and fanlight with ashlar surround. On the far left
the 1871 wing has a 2 storey canted bay with 3 sashes. Over the
doorway on the right is a round arched recessed panel containing
a single glazing bar sash. To the right are 2 and to the left 3
similar sashes. The canted bay has 3 sashes, over is the date
1871. To the rear are 2 storey wings.
