Dated 1835 to side. 2 storeys in brick with pantile roof, hipped to road elevation. 2 windows, hung sashes with g1azing bars, brick voussoirs. Late C19 shop front. Side elevation has windows with sliding sashes. Rear build appears earlier. Dentil brick eaves cornice. Steps to 1st floor door. Probably former outbuilding to Sloswicke'e Hospital, and included as a group with it.

Nos 1 to 33 (odd) form a group.
