House and cottage. House C18 extended and remodelled in early C19, cottage an
C18 stable remodelled early C20. Coursed rubble, 1st floor of cottage snecked
rubble; cut quoins and dressings, mostly tooled and margined; stone slate roof
on house, blue slates on cottage.

South elevation 2 storeys, in 2 parts: House 3 wide bays. Renewed door inside
rustic wood porch between bays 1 and 2; 16-pane sash windows (centre 1st floor
renewed) except for ground floor 12-pane sashes in bay 3 and between bays 2 and
3. Coped gables, stepped-and-corniced end stacks and 1 ridge stack. Cottage
to right 1 bay; C20 porch flanked by renewed 12-pane sash windows in old openings;
pair of similar windows in later walling above. Stepped-and-corniced right end
stack.
