GV II

House, now flats. c1830 with later alterations. Stuccoed brick
with hipped slate roof. L-plan. 2-storeys; 4-window range. Top
cornice; quoins. Ground floor has casemented window with
stained glass; right end has 2-storey polygonal bay window
with entablatures to both floors and leaded glazing; 1st floor
has architraved windows with 12-pane horned sashes to left of
similar stair window; attic has 6-pane sash over stair window
and one to right end. Central entrance has long porch with
distyle-in-antis portico and glazed returns with stained
glass; glazed inner and outer doors. Left return has 5-window
range; 1st floor sill course; verandah to French window and
large bay to left with tripartite window, entablature and
casements; 1st floor architraved windows with 12-pane sashes.
Rear wing with tripartite sash and bay. Right return has some
sashed windows. INTERIOR not inspected.
