Grain warehouse. c1860s. Rubble with granite plinth and sill
bands; keyed brick arches; hipped dry slate roof with wide
eaves on block modillions; cast-iron ogee gutters. Irregular
rectangular plan. 3 storeys; symmetrical 4-window front.
Original segmental-arched 4-pane hornless sashes to 1st floor;
smaller 2-pane lights to 2nd floor; 2-light mullioned windows
with trefoil-headed lights within segmental-arched openings to
ground floor; wide central doorway to each floor, under
segmental arches except 2nd-floor doorway with triangular head
under open gable with central hoist. Similar openings to other
elevations. INTERIOR not inspected.
