Farmhouse, now house. Mid C18. Ironstone ashlar with Collyweston slate roof.
L-shape plan. 2 storeys with attic. Main front of 3-window range of C19 and C20
sash windows in original openings under stone lintels. C20 glazed door to far
left. Ashlar gable parapets and ashlar stacks at ends. Elevation to right has 2
blocked windows, one with remains of false cross window. Lincolnshire dormer
with casement. C20 porch to rear. Interior has remains of open fireplace with
bressumer in rear room. Staircase has stick balustrade to first floor landing. 2
panelled doors.
