The description shall be amended to read:

Former house now office. C15 undercroft. Beneath the carriage entry at the en.st end of
the building is an undercroft, dated by comparison to others in the city to the C15; it is
constructed in a combination of brick and stone. The plan is a simple rectangle, probably
a side chamber of a former more extensive undercroft, which has been truncated at the
west by C15 wall associated with the building above and contains the present entry. The
four-centred profile has one moulded brick cross-rib springing from moulded corbils or
capitals on wall piers. Late Cl8 Facade. The rear of tile building completely rebuilt,
late C20. and plain tiles. 3 store;,-s plus set,ii baser.lent. 7 bays: tile two
left-hand bays are recessed with road arch. Central door with 2 column Doric Portico
and pediment. Sash windows throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches.
Brick quoins terminating the 5 bays. Box cornice and 4 flat roof dormers.

plus semi-basement. 7 bays: the 2 left-hand bays are recessed with road
arch. Central door with 2 column Doric portico and peiiment. Sash windows
throughout with glazing bars and rubbed brick flat arches. Brick quoins
terminating the 5 bays. Box cornice and 4 flat roof dormers.
