House, now restaurant. Circa 1840 with later additions. Painted brick;
hipped slate roof; yellow brick chimney. 2 storeys; 3 first-floor windows.
Door in slightly projecting centre bay has 6 raised and fielded panels
with a plain overlight in triple recessed gauged brick arch flanked by
pilasters. Windows have large-paned sashes with horns under flat gauged
brick arches. Rendered cornice under parapet with central scrolled pediment
and ball finials at corners. Later single-storey extension to right has
3 windows with glazing bar sashes and a hipped slate roof. Another 2-storey
flat roofed extension behind. Square-fronted bay on left side has blind
window to main facade and 2 statues on parapet above pilasters facing
left.
