House. Early C19. Painted brick with pantile roof. 2 storeys; 3-window
range, left bay set back. Central panelled door in round-headed recess has
fanlight with glazing bars, windows have large-paned sashes under flat gauged
brick arches. C20 single storey extension to left has 2 windows. The right
side elevation forms a 3-window range with No. 2 Newmarket Road (q.v.),
originally part of the same property.
