House. Mid C18. Red brick with sandstone plinth; clay
tile roof with raised verges; brick stacks to rear. 2
storeys with gable lit attic and moulded and corbelled
cornice; 3 windows; glazing bar sashes with gauged brick
heads and raised plaster keys. Door to rear. Interior:
N.W. ground floor room has C18 fireplace, staircase with
turned balusters, restored.
