Cottage. C17 with C19 and C20 alterations. Timber framed with some
brick rebuilding, brickwork and infill panels are now plastered; plain
tile roof; brick integral end stack. Aligned north-south facing west.
One storey and attic, 3 square panels to eaves and straight braces.
Casement to ground floor left, gabled dormer to right containing a
casement; glazed door to right. No. 2 Schoefield Lane (q.v.) adjoins
to the right.
