Cottage.

Former Wash house and pig-sty. Mid C19. Random rubble; slate
roof; ashlar integral end stack. Single cell. 2 storeys; 1 bay;
split level, pig-sty below wash house above; door on left to
pig sty; central fixed light glazing bar window to wash house; wash
house entered by door in N.E. gable end. Interior: wash house retains
stone sink and copper. Included for group value with Greenside Cottage
(q.v.).
