Pair of attached houses. Early C19, altered C20. Coursed
squared gritstone, slate hipped roof. 2 storeys, each house
has 3 first-floor windows and a central entrance, glazed and
panelled door and semicircular overlight with converging
glazing bars under stone arch. Fenestration: No.1 Norfolk
Gardens, on right, has a wedge lintel right, C20 bay window
left on ground floor, C20 top-hinged casements with stone
sills above; No.58 Woodland Lane, on left, has plate-glass
windows in moulded stone surrounds, 9-pane sashes and stone
sills above. Eaves band. Banded ashlar stacks to ridge, centre
and at each end.
