House, now offices. c1785, altered C19 and C20. Red brick,
slate roof. 3 storeys, 5 windows. Central doorway with moulded
architrave, rectangular overlight, pediment on consoles,
panelled door. Fenestration: plate-glass sashes, flat rubbed
brick arches, sills and sill band to ground and 1st floors.
Bracketed eaves. Recently restored.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The first plot in Park Place to be leased by the Wilson estate
as part of the development of the area as houses and workshops
for gentlemen merchants.
