Terrace of 4 houses. Early C19. Multi-coloured stock brick
with parapet, some stucco.
Each house 4 storeys and basement, 3 bays to Nos 76-78, 2 bays
to No.75. Contemporary stucco ground-floor fronts to Nos 75 &
76. Nos 77 & 78 have painted ground floors with doors recessed
in round-headed arches with fluted, wood pilaster jambs and
cornice heads. Flat, gauged red brick arches to windows, those
on 1st floor tall casements with wrought-iron guards, balcony
to No.77. Other floors have sash windows with glazing bars.
Stucco bands at 1st and 3rd floor sills.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: spearhead iron railings to steps and
areas.
Nos 75-78 (consec) form a group with Nos 81-83, 85 & 86 (qqv).
