GV II

Cottages. Circa 1820, and probably built as two pairs, judging by the central break in the brickwork. Stock brick with rubbed brick voussoirs, stuccoed plinths, tiled roofs and brick chimneystacks. Two storeys; 4 windows and 4 window spaces to first floor. Modillion eaves cornice. Sixteen-pane sashes with moulded architraves; cambered heads and reeded pattern to ground floor windows. Round-headed doorcases with solid fanlights and moulded architraves. C20 front doors. Stuccoed plaque between two central cottages with name "UNITY COTTAGES".
