House. Dated 1712. Red brick and plain tiled roof. Two storeys on
plinth with plat band and hipped roof with stacks to left and to right.
Four glazing bar sashes on first floor and 3 on ground floor with boarded
door in gabled porch to centre left. Date plaque to centre inscribed:

L M. Built for younger son of owners of nearby Perry Farm (in Wingham c.p.).
