Cottage 1868 by George Devey. Rubblestone below, applied timber with rendered
infill above; plain tiled roofs with large stack to end right and octagonal double
stacks to front left. T shaped plan. 2 storeys with gabled crosswing to right;
first floor jettied on brackets. Moulded bargeboards to gable with decorative framing
to first floor. 1 casement window in first floor of gable, one window below.
Arched planked door in pentis roof porch to centre with fishscale tiles on roof.

Left hand return front: central gable with cusped bareboards, projecting casement
window onfirst floor with panelled sides.
