GV II

House, now Muniment Room. Early C19. Dun-coloured stock brick with low pitched
slate roof with deep eaves. Three storeys over basement with plat band over ground
floor and brick piers to ends on first and second floors. Stack to rear. Two 12-
pane, cambered-head glazing-bar sash windows on the second floor with deep reveals;
two windows on the first floor under gauged brick heads. Fixed plate glass window
to ground floor right under remains of blind box. Door to left with six sunk panels
and glazing-bars in over-light. Three-quarter glazed door adjacent separated from
the former door by a thin pilaster strip and under a dentilled cornice.
