House, now office. C18. Red and brown brick with tile hung right hand return
front, pan-tiled roof partly obscured by stone-coped parapet. Three storeys with
rear stacks. Three window front with 3 blind panels in parapet and three 12-pane,
glazing-bar sash windows to second floor under gauged brick heads, centre window
with keystone. Two 12-pane, glazing-bar sash windows on the first floor flanking
centre triple sash in stone architrave surround with bay leaf frieze under cornice
hood on volute scrolls. S-section balcony railings across in front. Panelled
wood and plate-glass ground floor with door to right end. Lower extensions to
rear.
