Estate cottage pair. c1890 in domestic revival style. Flint with red brick
dressings, quoins and plinth band on the ground floor; timber applied above with
rendered infilling. Plain tile half hip roof, tall central panelled brick stack;
gabled semi-dormer to left, pent roof semi-dormer to right, half hipped semi-dormer
over projection to right of centre. 1 storey and attic, irregular 4 window ground
floor of diamond leaded casements; 2 boarded doors with gabled timber weather porches
to left (No. 11), and in right end (No. 12).
