GV II

Formerly a Public House now part of the Anne Boleyn Hotel. C17. Stucco ground
floor brickwork above hipped tiled roofs. Stack on east end. Two storeys and
attic; front elevation, central panelled door with hood, splay sided bay window
each side. Wood band course at first floor level. First floor three 12-pane
sashes with cills linked by string course. Wrought iron bracket for sign
painted 1981. Attic, two dormer windows with hipped tiled roofs. Staircase
turret on rear. Staircase with turned spindles. Exposed main beams on ground
floor. Mid C20 rear extension.
