Symmetrical block. Early C19. 2 storey and attic and 3 storeys. 4 windows and central window space. Red brick. Tiled roofs. Eaves bracket cornice. Modern shop fronts. Nos 9 and 10 in the centre have a higher elevation. Nos 8 and 11 flanking them have mansard roofs; dormers. Nos 9 and 10 of similar date and style to Nos 76, 77 and 78 West Street.
