Pair of houses, early C19. Amber brick with stucco cornice and
blocking course.
4 storeys and basement, 3 bays each with 1 storey, 1-bay outer
entrance extensions (that to No.69 now altered and built up)
with round-headed doorways, No.71 with a decorative fanlight.
Flat, gauged-brick arches to windows with glazing bars, those
to 1st floor, long casements with cast-iron balconies and
stucco sill band. All other windows are sashes.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: cast-iron hand rail and area railings.
