Terrace of 13 houses. Early C19. Yellow brick with stucco
cornice and blocking course. Slate mansard with dormers to Nos
131-139 & 151-155; low pitched slate or tile roofs to Nos
141-149, No.145 with dormer.
3 storeys, attic and basement, 3 bays each. Round-headed
ground-floor openings in round-arched recesses resting on
stucco basement plinth. Doors to Nos 131-139, 143-149 & 155
with attached Tuscan columns, mutule cornice heads and
decorative fanlights. Similar door to No.141 but with plain
fanlight; that to No.151 has lost all details; that to No.153
has lost columns. Nos 133 & 135 have doors replaced with
windows. Some renewed doors.
Ground floor sash windows with glazing bars (missing to
No.147). Flat, gauged-brick arches to upper windows, those to
1st floor long with sill bands. All are sashes with glazing
bars except 1st-floor windows to Nos 151 & 153 which are
casements. 2nd-floor windows to No.153 and all windows to
No.155 missing (No.155 boarded up at time of survey).
INTERIOR: not inspected.
