Pair of semi-detached houses. Early C19 with later additions.
Yellow stock brick. 2 storeys. Each double fronted with 3
windows. Blind central oculus at 1st floor level.
No.12: projecting brick round-arched portico with panelled
pilaster strips; patterned fanlight and panelled door. Portico
carries open-work cast-iron verandah with tented canopy to
central 1st floor window. Recessed sashes; ground floor with
segmental pediments, 1st floor triangular pediments. Stepped
brick parapet. Tall brick slab chimney-stacks at party wall
and on returns.
No.13: round-arched, architraved doorway, altered. Architraved
sashes; ground floor with console-bracketed pediments. Stepped
brick parapet.
