Semi-detached house. Early C19. Yellow stock brick. 3 storeys.
2 windows with slightly recessed 2 window entrance bay on east
side and 2-storey 1-window extension. Doorway with stucco
pilasters carrying entablature; panelled door with overlight.
Gauged brick flat arches to recessed sashes. Parapet.
INTERIOR: not inspected. HISTORICAL NOTE: converted from the
gardener's cottage in the grounds of Foley House, East Heath
Road (qv) and named after the owner's village in Devon.
