Detached house. Early C19. Stucco. Hipped slated roof with
projecting eaves. 3 storeys 1 window plus 2 storey 1 window
recessed entrance extension to left. Doorway with projecting
tented lead canopy on slender columns; patterned fanlight and
panelled door. Above, a round-arched traceried window in
shallow recess. Recessed sashes; 3 ground floor right in
canted bay, 2nd floor with cast-iron balcony.
