Terraced house. c1807-28 with later additions. Stucco, roof
obscured by parapet.
4 storeys over basement, one-window range. Pointed-arched
entrance with decorative glazing to fanlight and arcaded
panelling to door. Full-height segmental bay, offset a little
to the left on the upper floors; triple, flat-arched windows;
verandah to first floor with cast-iron railings probably
designed by Amon Wilds; pilasters flanking first and second
floor but with cornice only of entablature remaining; third
floor added with parapet; stacks to party walls.
INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron railings to steps and area
with spearhead finials.
