House, divided into 2; converted to offices. Early C19.
Stucco. Roof of tile. 3 storeys and dormers over basement.
Original building of 3-window range. To either side of
centre-window range is a segmental bay to first and second
floors with tripartite windows. All windows flat arched.
Parapet with coping. 3 flat-arched dormers with catslide
roofs. Stacks to party walls. INTERIOR: not inspected.
Included for its group value; Nos 1 & 1A and Nos 2-7 (qv) form
a group.
