GV II

Single house of terraced design. Early C19. Stucco, roof
obscured by parapet. 3 storeys over basement, one-window
range. Flat-arched entrance in single-storey porch to left;
ground-floor decorated with banded rustication. 3-storey
segmental bay with flat-arched triplet windows having sashes
of original design; cast-iron window-guards with anthemion
decoration to ground floor; bracketed balcony to first floor
with cast-iron railings; cornice and blocking course; side
stack. INTERIOR: not inspected. Cast-iron area railings with
spearhead finials.
