Detached house. Early C19. Brick, now painted, set in Flemish
bond, stucco, roof obscured by parapet. 3 storeys with
dormers, 5-window range double-fronted. Flat-arched entrance
with overlight framed by pilasters with plain entablature and
cornice. All windows flat-arched with heads of gauged brick.
Mid-C19 sashes. Brick storey band between ground and first,
and first and second floors, broad band above second-floor
windows; cornice and blocking course; 2 dormers; side stacks.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
