Pair of houses, now one house. Early C19 with later
alterations. Brick with stucco dressings; gabled slate roof
with brick end stacks. 2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. Top cogged brick cornice.
Entrance to left of centre has doorcase with bracketed cornice
to 6-fielded-panel door (2 panels glazed). Ground floor has 3
windows with tile sills and rusticated wedge lintels with key
blocks over renewed 2-light small-paned casements, that to
right of centre is narrower, in former entrance; first floor
has 2 similar windows. Right return has blocked first-floor
window; rear has 5 segmental-headed windows, 2 blocked, over
lean-to outshut with blocked entrance and small-paned casement
to return, continuous garden wall with entrance.
