House. C17, enlarged C19. Painted brick laid to Flemish bond
with some timber-framing; gabled old tile roofs with brick
ridge stack. 2-unit plan plus extension to left.
EXTERIOR: single-storey plus attic; 2-window range.
Single-storey wing to left with re-entrant porch; centre
retains square framing with small high window; canted bay
window with hipped roof to right. Garden front: entrance to
left of centre has gabled porch with French doors. 2
segmental-headed windows with 2-light small-paned casements to
right; 2 gabled dormer windows have small-paned casements.
Single-storey addition to right.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
