House. Mid/late C18. Brick; tile roof with brick end stacks.
2-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: brick plat band over ground floor and top
modillioned brick cornice. Straight-headed entrance to right
of centre has battened door and open timbered porch with
lattice sides. Segmental-headed windows have 3-light leaded
casements. Gabled roof.
Right return has projecting stack with small shuttered
small-paned light to ground floor right with 2-light attic
window with iron opening casement above.
INTERIOR: noted as having spine beams.
