Grafton Farmhouse

GV II

Farmhouse. Early to mid C19. Dressed blue lias; slate roof
with coped gables and rear stacks. Georgian style.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys; symmetrical 3-window range. Plain top
cornice. Entrance has plain architrave and overlight with
decorative glazing bars over 6-fielded-panel door, small
lean-to canopy. Windows have sills, and stone flat arches over
2/2 horned sashes, 3/3 sashes to attic. Rear has 2 lateral
stacks, 2-storey gabled wing and small wing.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
