House. C17 with C20 alterations. Timber-frame with painted brick infill, and some brick; steeply pitched tile roof with painted brick end stack and stack to front of ridge. Three unit plan plus cross-wings: two timber-framed bays with single brick bay to left and timber-framed cross-wings; C20 extension to left.

EXTERIOR: Two storeys; five-window range. Central entrance has lean-to open porch and C20 door; flanking canted bay windows have cornices and flat roofs over leaded glazing; ends have windows with three light casements; first floor has three gabled half-dormers with weatherboarding over three light casements; end windows with two light casements; all windows have C20 leaded casements. Left return has single-storey hipped projection.
