SO57SE Memorial to Clara Giles 12 metres

Baptist

GV II

Headstone. Early C18. Ashlar. Rectangular slab set
horizontally. Twin tablet with panel with inscription running
continuously across both. Double pattern of face decoration at
the head featuring heart and laurel leaf motifs. Carved top.
Commemorates Clara and William, wife and son of Benjamin
Giles, d.1714.
