SO67SE Neen Sollars Bridge

GV II

Bridge. Early C19. Built for J. Brown of Neen Sollars. Brick
and ashlar. Twin span road bridge over River Rea. Brick arches
of 5.5 metre span, and central brick buttress. Ashlar string
course. Ashlar cutwater and abutments. Brick north parapet
with concrete coping and benchmark. South parapet brickwork
now replaced with stone rubble and ashlar coping.
