House, now offices. Late C18 with minor C20 alterations.
Render with ashlar copings and gabled C20 single-Roman tile
roof to main range, slate roof to rear extension; end ashlar
stacks.
STYLE: Mid Georgian.
PLAN: double-depth plan to main range with later rear
extension at north-west corner.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey; 3-window range. Symmetrical east front
with central doorway, cornice and blind parapet. Windows to
outer bays are 16-pane sashes in plain reveals with cambered
heads and sills; central window to first-floor is a 12-pane
sash in similar opening. Doorcase with pilasters, open
pediment on brackets, round-arched doorway with 6-panel door
and spoked fanlight. 2 cruciform metal braces at mid-floor
level.
