Attached house. Mid C18. Whitewashed render to rubble walls
with ashlar copings and gabled concrete single-Roman tile
roof; south-east end gable brick stack.
PLAN: double-depth plan.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey; 2-window range. Facade with irregular
fenestration: ground-floor has 12-pane sash to left of doorway
and a small 8-pane sash with horns to right; first-floor has
two 12-pane sashes, that to right-hand with horns. All sashes
are set within plain reveals with sills. 4-panel door with
flat hood on shaped brackets.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The house forms part of a row which steps downhill to the
south-east and has group value with Nos 12 and 16 (qqv).
