Pair of semi-detached houses. Mid C19. Squared and coursed
rubble with ashlar dressings and gabled pantile roof with
mid-ridge brick stack on stone base.
PLAN: double-depth plans.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey; 1-window ranges. Symmetrical facade with
outer doorways. Windows are hornless mid C19 plate-glass
sashes in flush stone surrounds with bracketed sills and
keystones. Recessed mid C20 part-glazed, panelled doors with
flat hoods.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The building has group value with Clere Cottage (qv) and Nos 7
and 9 High Street (qv).
