Small house. Early-mid C19. Red brick walls; dry slate hipped
roof with projecting eaves with cast-iron ogee gutters; tall
brick end stacks with entablature; 3 square clay pots. 2-room
plan with central entrance and stair hall.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; symmetrical 3-window front. Segmental
arches over original 12-pane hornless sashes to 1st floor;
round arches to original margin-pane sashes below. Central
doorway with round-hooded trellised porch with margin spoked
fanlight; glazed and panelled door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: pair of square-plan panelled brick
gate-piers right of house with simple entablature and squat
pyramidal caps.
