Entrance gates and piers. 1728. By G Buncker. Gates of
decorative wrought-iron with elaborate overthrow, set between
piers and side walls of coursed rubble and ashlar, surmounted
by stone urns and ball finials.
Removed to present position north of Dulwich Old College from
north side of College quadrangle.
Dulwich Old College (qv), entrance gates and piers form a
group with Old Grammar School, Gallery Road (qv).
